摘要
中药配方颗粒保持了中药饮片的药效特征,服用、储存、携带方便,尤其适用于儿科。其提高了小儿服药的依从性,真正实现了汤剂在小儿发热等急性病中的救急作用。但配方颗粒冲服与汤剂煎煮的等效性还需进一步研究验证,口感欠佳问题仍然存在。
Thanks to maintaining characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine decoction efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine formula granule is convenient for eating,storing and carrying,particularly suitable for application in pediatrics.It has improved the compliance of medication in children,and truly realized the decoction in children with fever and other acute disease emergency action.It is necessary to make further study on the equivalence of formula granule and decoction,because poor taste is still a problem.
