摘要
通过对电力系统低频振荡的研究,分析了电力系统稳定器(PSS)对系统动态稳态的影响,采用特征值分析法所得出的结果——参与因子来选择最佳的电力系统稳定器安装地点,以提高弱振荡模式的阻尼。通过对新疆南部电网进行实例分析,说明在采用此方法所确定的最佳安装地点上安装PSS,可对相应振荡模式的阻尼起到很好地改善作用。
Through studying low-frequency oscillation, this paper analyzes the influence of PSS on power system dynamic stability and adopting the eigenvalue analysis method for the low frequency oscillation of power system. The participation factors from eigenvalue analysis are used to identify the optimum location for PSS to improve the damping of the weak oscillation mode. The performance of the proposed method is tested in Xinjiang South power system, and the result shows that, when PSS is located on the selected sites, the damping to the relevant modes can be improved significantly.
