摘要
介绍了以苯乙烯嵌段共聚物为基础材料制备一次性卫生用品用中低温热熔压敏胶的方法,讨论了其它原材料如增粘剂、软化剂、抗氧剂以及反应温度、反应时间、空气中的氧对热熔压敏胶性能的影响。确定以SIS热塑性弹性体为主体材料,以松香酯和石油树脂为增粘剂,以高压加氢环烷基橡胶油为软化剂,使用复合抗氧剂提高制品的耐热性能,通过将线性SIS和星型SIS复配的方法,提高中低温热熔压敏胶的综合性能,制备了适合在一次性卫生用品上使用的中低温热熔压敏胶。
The prepared method of medium-low temperature hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive for sanitary product with styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS) as base-material was reported. Effects of other raw materials, such as tackifier resin, softening agent and antioxidants, reaction temperature time, and oxygen in reaction system on the properties of hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive were also discussed.
