摘要
以谷氨酸氧化酶(EC 1.4.3.11)与过氧化氢电极构成电流型酶电极,研究了谷氨酸酶电极分析法的各种分析条件及参数,并与旋光法对比测定谷氨酸片中谷氨酸含量。结果显示酶电极法测定结果与旋光法测定结果之间有较好的一致性,采用酶电极法测定谷氨酸片中谷氨酸含量具有专一性高、成本低、分析速度快等优点。
To determine the concentration of glutamic acid in its tablets, glutamate oxidase was immobilized at a hydrogen peroxide electrode and the enzyme electrode was used for the amperometric determination of glutamic acid in glutamic acid tablets. The results show that the correlation coefficient between enzyme electrode and rotation is 0. 9989, and that the concentration glutamic acid in its tablets can be determined specially, rapidly and inexpensively with enzyme electrode.
