摘要
对于多晶陶瓷烧结体,初始粉料的颗粒形状和大小会影响烧成多晶陶瓷的微观结构,进而影响到陶瓷性能。本文研究了不同颗粒形状和大小的ZnO粉料对压敏电阻性能的影响,结果表明,颗粒细的球状ZnO粉有利于获得微观结构均匀的压敏电阻,有助于提高通流能力。
The particle shape and size of the initial powders can affect the microstructure and properties of ceramic. The effect of different particle shape and size of ZnO powders has been studied. The results show that the fine and spherical ZnO powders can obtain homogeneous microstructure and can increase the varistor current surge capability.
