不同育肥及屠宰体重对杂交商品猪生长性能及胴体肉品质的影响研究 被引量:4

摘要 试验研究了不同育肥及屠宰体重对试验猪的生长性能及胴体肉品质的影响,结果显示:育肥结束体重在85-110kg阶段对试验猪的日增重和饲料报酬影响不显著;屠宰体重对试验猪的屠宰率、pH值和肌内脂肪影响显著;采用综合选择指数就不同育肥及屠宰体重对试验猪的影响进行综合评定,结果表明,试验猪体重在85-90 kg结束育肥并屠宰时育肥性能及胴体肉品质的综合选择指数最大。 The effects of different final weight and slaughter weight on growth performance, carcass performance and meat quality of finishing pigs were studied in the experiment. The results showed that the effect of final weight at 85 - 110 kg weight stage on average daily gain (ADG) and feed conversion rate (FCR) was not significantly different. The effect of slaughter weight on dressing percentage, pH and intramuscular fat was significantly different. Comprehensive selection index was used to evaluate the effect of different final weight and slaughter weight on finishing pigs. The results showed that the composite selection index of finishing ability and carcass meat quality was the biggest when the final weight and slaughter weight of pigs was at the weight stage of 85 - 90 kg.
