摘要
与传统型编辑相比,新型学报编辑应具有敏锐的信息素质、超前的时代意识、终身学习的习惯、较高的科研素养等特点。根据学报编辑的成长特征,提出了鼓励培训进修、倡导学术研讨、进行实践反思、引进激励机制和培养积极心境等培养策略。
Compared with traditional editors, the new - type journal editors feature sensitive information quality, advanced awareness of the times, habits of life- time learning and comparatively high scientific research quality etc.. Based on the growth features on the part of journal editors, the article puts forward the training strategy for further studies, advocating academic research, conducting practical reflection, introducing encouraging mechanism and cultivating a positive state of mind etc.
