摘要
目的探讨肝素酶在喉癌中表达及其与喉癌临床病理因素和预后的关系。方法分别对54例喉癌组织做肝素酶的免疫组化及原位杂交检测。结果肝素酶在喉癌组织中显示高表达(64.8%),而在癌旁组织上皮中表达阴性,其与喉癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05),而与喉癌的组织分化程度没有相关趋势。肝素酶阳性表达组患者的5年生存率(51.0%)明显低于阴性表达组(80.0%)。结论肝素酶在喉癌的侵袭和转移中可能起到重要作用,肝素酶表达阳性的患者可能更易发生转移且预后不良。
Objective To evaluate the correlation between expression of heparinase and clinicopathological factors including prognosis of patients with laryngeal carcinoma. Methods Fifty-four paraffin-em- bedded specimens of laryngeal carcinoma were included in the present study. Expression of heparinasc protein and mRNA was examined by immunohistochemislry and hybridization in situ,respectively. Results Heparinase was highly expressed in cancer tissues while it was negative in the neighbouring noncancerous epithelial tissues. There was a significant correlation between heparinase expression and the stage and the lymphatic metastasis of laryngeal carcinoma. The five-year post-operative survival rate was much lower in heparinase positive group than in the negative group. Conclusions Heparinase might play an important role in the development and metastasis of the laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma （LSCC）. Patients with positive heparinase expression may have a greater possibility of lymphatic metastasis will, poor prognosis.
