乙酰肝素酶和基质金属蛋白酶-2在胰腺癌组织表达及其与神经浸润的关系 被引量:3

EXPRESSIONS OF HEPARANASE AND MMP-2 IN PANCREATIC CARCINOMA AND THEIR RELATION WITH PERINEURAL INVASION

摘要 目的探讨乙酰肝素酶(HPSE)和基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在胰腺癌中的表达及其与神经浸润的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学双标技术检测47例胰腺癌组织及10例正常胰腺组织中HPSE和MMP-2的表达,观察HPSE、MMP-2的阳性表达率与神经浸润的关系。结果胰腺癌组织中HPSE及MMP-2的阳性表达率分别为59.57%和65.96%,明显高于正常胰腺组织(20.80%和25.00%),差异有显著意义(χ2=9.59、8.56,P<0.05)。HPSE和MMP-2阳性表达率在有神经浸润的胰腺癌组织中分别为72.41%和86.21%,均高于无神经浸润者(38.89%和33.33%),差异有显著性(χ2=5.183、13.828,P<0.05)。结论HPSE和MMP-2在胰腺癌神经浸润过程中发挥重要作用,其检测可作为反映胰腺癌生物学行为的重要指标。 Objective To investigate the expressions of heparanase and MMP-2 in pancreatic carcinoma and their relationship with perineural invasion. Methods Immunohisto-chemical douhle-stainning technique was used to detect the expressions of heparanase and MMP-2 in 47 cases of pancreatic carcinoma and 10 cases of normal pancreatic tissues. The relationship between the positive expressions of heparanase and MMP-2 and perineural invasion were analysed. Results The positive expression rates of heparanase and MMP-2 in the cancer tissues were 59.57% and 65.96% ,respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the normal pancreatic tissues (20.80% and 25.00%),(χ^2=9.59,8.56;P〈0.05). The positive heparanase and MMP- 2 in the cancer tissue with perineural invasion were 72.41 % and 86.21 %, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of the cancer tissue without perineural invasion (38.89% and 33. 33%)(χ^2 =5. 183,13. 828;P〈0. 05). Conclusion Heparanase and MMP-2 play an important role in the process of perineural invasion in pancreatic carcinoma. Their detection can he used a significant marker to reflect the biological behavior of the disease.
