摘要
牛初乳中含有大量的免疫调节因子和生长因子,这些生物活性成分具有免疫调节等一系列的生物学功能。本文综述了牛初乳中主要生物活性物质-免疫球蛋白、乳铁蛋白、胰岛素样生长因子的生物学功能、免疫调节以及提取利用方面的研究现状。
Bovine colostrum contains large amounts of the immune regulatory factors and growth factors, which provided with a series of biological functions, such as immune regulation. This paper discusses the status quo of the main bioactive substances in the biological function, immunomodulatory activity, extraction and application of the immunoglobulin, the lactoferrin and the Insulin-like growth factor.
