摘要
黄孢原毛平革菌(Phanerochaetechrysosporium)的新生孢子(二周)及老孢子(8周以上)作为产木质素过氧化物酶(Lignineperoxidase)培养的接种物,以微晶纤维素(avicel)作为碳源,其产酶能力前者显著高于后者。同时,以上述两种不同时期孢子培养获得的菌丝球破碎物为接种物,产酶情形是不同的。四种接种物为培养产酶,在以微晶纤维素为碳源情况下,以新生孢子效果最好。此外,充氧及多余培养基(液体)移出也对产酶有某些影响。
With avicel as carbon source,production of lignine peroxidase (Lip) by Phanerochaete chrysosporium was apparently influenced by some factors.New spores (two-week-old) produced more Lip than the old spores (eight-week-old) did.The preinoculum from new spores had higher ability to produce the enzyme than the preinoulum from the old spores did.Among the four kinds of inocoula,the new spores was the best on producing lignine peroxidase.Oxygenation to cultures and discarding of some liquid culture could improve the yield of the enzyme.
