摘要
本文给出了二层结构(介质+金属)节能膜的反射率与单层金属膜反射率之间的关系,提出二层结构节能膜的反射率存在着极小值,并据此提出了设计二层结构节能膜时确定介质膜折射率和位相厚度的方法。
The relationship of reflectance between two-layer (dielectric and metallic) coatings for energy saving and single metallic layer is given in the paper, and it is stated that there exist a minimum value of reflectance of the coatings. According to that a method of determining the refractive index and phase thickness of the dielectric layer is available while designing the two-layer coatings.
