摘要
对油冷却器流程的选择提出了新的见解。文章分析指出,综合油的压降和总传热系数两方面因素,一般情况下建议将折流板间距与壳体内径的比值(h/D)设置在0.5~0.8之间,并选择油走壳程的方案;对于黏度大于25.6×10^(-3)Pa·s的油,走管程时的总传热系数大于低黏度油走管程时的总传热系数。
A new view point for choosing oil cooler flow is pointed out.This article analyzes and points out that the two aspects of factors of the integrated oil pressure drop and heat transfer coefficient.Under the normal circumstances,the ratio of 0.5~0.8 is suggested for the baffle spacing and the shell inside diameter (h/D),and oil passes through the shell side.For the oil with viscosity heavy than 25.6 X 10^(-3) Pa·s,the heat transfer coefficient is higher than low viscosity oil when flowing on the shell side.
