摘要
目的:了解外籍人员对多元文化护理的需求情况,为实施多元文化护理提供依据。方法:采用自行设计问卷,调查226名外籍人员多元文化护理的需求情况。结果:外籍人员对护士素质的要求中,位于前三位的是:操作技术(88.9%)、专业知识(89.4%)、保护病人隐私(89.4%);多元文化护理需求中,保护隐私(70.8%)、风俗禁忌(69.9%)、饮食习惯(65.9%)三方面的需求较高。结论:加强护士的专业知识、技能、外语口语能力培训以及多元文化相关理论知识的学习,满足外籍人员的护理需求,提高多元文化护理服务质量。
Objective： To investigate the multi-culture nursing needs of foreigners in order to provide reference for multi-culture nursing. Methods： 226 foreigners were investigated on multi-culture nursing needs by using self-designed questionnaires. Results： The first three factors regarded as most important by the foreigners were： nursing techniques （88.9%）, professional knowledge （89.4%）, and protecting clients’ privacy （89.4%）. They also showed high level of needs to privacy （70.8%）, custom and taboo （69.9%）, and dietetic （65.9%）. Conclusion： In order to satisfy foreigners’ nursing needs and improve the quality of multi-cultural nursing, it was suggested to strengthen the training of nurses’ professional knowledge, nursing skills, speaking English and multi-cultural knowledge.
