摘要
阐述了多元文化护理的内涵和多元文化护理在现代护理中的地位。论证了多元文化护理产生、发展和实践的科学性 ;指出多元文化护理丰富了护理基础理论 ;完善了以人为中心的整体护理模式 ;促进了护理学科的发展。依据多元文化护理发展与实践过程 ,预测和展望了多元文化护理前景 ,强调护士在多元文化护理研究和推广运用中应充当的角色和应尽的职责义务。由于现代高新科技发展 ,社会多元文化的交融 ,必定给现代护理学提出更新更高的要求 ,也将造就新一代护理工作者。
The paper explains the concept of multi-culture nursing and its position in modern nursing by demonstrating its specific and practical characteristics. Multi-culture nursing enriches the basic theory of nursing, furthers the perfection of the holistic nursing model focusing on human being, and thus promotes the arguments of nursing development. In this paper, the author looks into the future of multi-culture nursing based on the course of its practice and development and attaches much more importance to the role and obligations of nurses in research and practice of multi-culture nursing. The development of modern high-tech and the communication of multi-cultures promise to bring the modern nursing into a new era, and to help foster more nurses of a new generation.
