摘要
培训是提升企业员工素质、提高企业竞争力的重要途径,而培训效果评估是培训工作的最后一个环节,是培训工作有效开展的依据。通过对企业培训评估指标体系的分析,针对企业实际运用层次分析法,建立了培训有效性评估的模型,对企业开展培训评估工作具有一定的现实意义。
Training is an important way for promoting quality of workers and staff in enterprises, and enhancing competitive strength of the enterprises, whereas the effectiveness evaluation of training is a final link of the training work, being a basis for effectively developing the training work. Through analysis of indices evaluating system for training in enterprises, an effectiveness evaluation model of training work in enterprises have been established for practice by using the gradation analysis method, having certain realistic significance for developing training evaluation work in enterprises.
