摘要
目的优选复方三七胃痛分散片的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取液中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1、三七皂苷R1的含量之和以及总固体得率为指标,采用正交试验法,优选提取工艺。结果处方药材的最佳提取工艺为加水7倍,浸泡30min,提取3次,每次2h。结论优选的提取工艺各活性部位提取率高,方法简便,适用于生产。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of fufang sanqi weitong dispersible tablet. Methods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction process by the indexes of the contents of ginsenoside Rgl, ginsenoside Rbl, notoginsenoside R1 and total solid matters. Results Seven volumn of water, soaking 30 minutes, extracting 3 times with two hours for each time was considered the optimum extraction process of fufang sanqi weitong dispersible tablet. Conclusion The considerable extraction rate of active components in the drugs is achieved by applying the selected technology, and the simple method is fit for production.
