摘要
目的研究天麻提取的条件,确定最佳提取工艺。方法以天麻素的提取率和出膏率为考察指标,采用正交试验,考察乙醇的浓度、加乙醇的量、提取次数等因素的影响,优选提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为:60%乙醇,提取2次,每次加6倍量,提取2 h。结论本实验优选的工艺条件天麻素的提取率及出膏率均较高,为天麻的适宜提取条件。
Objective To optimize the extraction technology of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.Methods The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design,while the content of gastrodin and extraction rate were used as index.The factors of the concentration and amount of alcohol,times of extraction were studied.Results The optimum extraction process were as follows：extracting twice with 6 times amount of 60% alcohol for 2 h.Conclusion The process was efficient,stable and suitable for the extraction technology of Rhizoma Gastrodiae.
