摘要
英国、瑞典作为分权制与中央集权制国家,对少数群体分别采取了融合中同化和接纳中平等的教育均衡发展政策模式,保证了社会稳定,促进了人的发展。均衡发展中,政府应该差别对待少数群体教育,提供更多机会,使其不会因为自身所属群体而影响对生活的期望,此外还应注意文化多样性,促进各种群体受教育者充分而全面的发展。
Britain and Sweden as decentralized and centralized of education take assimilation and equality mode for their education balanced development policies in minority group ,so they keep society stable and promote human development. During the process,governments should treat education of minority group differently,provide more opportunities and not to let them lower life expectations;in addition ,pay much attention to culture differences and promote the development of educatees fully and completely.
