摘要
产品开发中知识的复杂性和分布性容易造成知识链中获取、选择、产生、内化和外化环节的中断,导致知识共享和知识重用的困难.通过分析网络环境下产品开发中设计知识的描述、分布和使用情况,采用面向设计任务的方式组织相关知识,并为知识单元添加能够可视化显示的属性信息,生成知识地图来管理产品设计知识链,建立了以知识地图为核心的产品设计类知识重用、共享模型,并构建了网络环境下知识地图管理系统框架,从而减少知识孤岛现象,推动知识的重用.
I knowledge ternalizatio n product development, the complication of know storing make the knowledge chain of acquisition, se edge presentation and the distribution of ection, generation, internalization and externalization interrupted. Based on the analysis of product development knowledge description and encapsulation, as well as implement method in network environment, the design task oriented knowledge organizing method was discussed. The information of context was added to visualize the knowledge sources and support the knowledge chain. A knowledge retrieving and sharing model based on knowledge map was proposed. And a frame model of knowledge map system was built. In the case study, the activities of knowledge chain in bus design can be supported, the knowledge islands can be linked, and the design knowledge can be reused.
