摘要
[目的]建立一种测定沥青车间和筑路沥青施工现场沥青烟雾中3,4-苯并芘的方法。[方法]采用玻璃纤维滤膜富集,高效液相色谱法分离,荧光检测器检测,相对保留时间定性,外标法定量。[结果]该法线性范围宽,检测限为0.01mg/m^3;相关系数为0.9999;重现性RSD为2.25%~8.10%,回收率范围为95.2%~97.0%。[结论]该高效液相色谱测定沥青烟雾中3,4-苯并芘方法操作简单,富集效率高,分离效果好,准确可靠,适用于筑路施工现场沥青烟雾中3,4-苯并芘进行监测。
[Objective ] To establish a method for the determination of 3, 4-benzopyrene in the air of pitch workshop and road asphalt smoke. [ Methods ] Samples were collected by glass fiber membrane filter, then separated by high efficiency liquid chromatography and quantitatively analyzed by a fluorescence detector using extenal reference method. [ Results ] The method showed a wide linear range, its detectability was 0.01 mg/m^3, correlation coefficients was 0.999 9, the range of repeatability was 2.25%-8.10% and recover range was 95.2%-97.0%. [ Conclusion ] The method was simple, rapid, accurate and can be used to monitor 3, 4-benzopyrene in pitch smoke of work places.
