摘要
研究了白芍总皂苷的紫外吸收特性,建立了以苯甲酸为对照品,用紫外分光光度法测定白芍总皂苷含量的方法。方法的回归方程为:Y=0.003 24+0.107 63c,相关系数0.998 85,加标回收率为95.7%-102.0%,RSD=2.57%(n=9)。方法简便易行、快速、准确。
The UV-absorption characteristics of the paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall were discussed, and the UV-absorption method for determination of total paeoniflorin with benzoic acid as control was developed. The regression equation was Y = 0. 003 24 + 0. 107 63 c with a correlation coefficient of 0. 998 85. The standard addition recovery of elements was 95.7% - 102.0% and RSD was 2.57% ( n = 9). This method was simple, fast and accurate.
