摘要
一、前言能谱分析技术的发展,给微X射线束荧光分析(XRMF)提供了有利条件。后者(XRMF)是X射线荧光光谱分析(XRF)的一个新发展。它与常规X射线荧光光谱(XRF)及扫描电镜(SME)相比如表1。
This method was compared with SEM and XRF. The distributions of Ca, Ti, V, Mn, Fe, Ni, Cu concentrations in the sample of nodule were measured. The image of the distributions of these elements concentrations was drawn and their geochemical information were obtained.
