聚衣康酸酐的合成及降解性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 以衣康酸为原料合成了衣康酸酐,并在乙酸镉的催化作用下通过开环聚合得到了聚衣康酸酐。通过FT- IR、~1H NMR、GPC等对衣康酸酐和聚衣康酸酐进行了表征,并对聚衣康酸酐在不同pH值磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的降解动力学进行了研究。结果表明,聚衣康酸酐在磷酸缓冲溶液中的降解符合一级反应动力学规律,在pH值为5、7.4和8.8的缓释溶液中的表观速率常数分别为0.0498、0.0576和0.1382h^(-1)。 By using cadmium acetate as catalyst, polyitaconic anhydride was prepared through ring opening polymerization of itaconic anhydride. The product was characterized by FT-IR,^1H-NMR and GPC. In vitro degradation of the polyitaconic anhydride in phosphate buffer solutions at different pH was investigated. The result showed that the degradation of polyitaconic anhydride in phosphate buffer solutions was the first-order reaction, and its degradation apparent constants were 0.0498, 0.0576 and 0.1382 h^- 1 in phosphate buffer solutions at different pH values of 5, 7.4,8.8 respectively.
