摘要
行政管理队伍建设对学校办学水平的提高和人才培养目标的实现是至关重要的,目前,很多高校的行政管理队伍中存在着片面追求高学历、安插关系户和照顾户、缺乏有效的考核机制和培训机制等问题。立足高校自身的特点,借鉴企业人力资源管理的岗位工作分析、360度绩效考核办法、人员流动机制和培训机制等,提高高校行政管理队伍的管理质量和服务水平。
The construction of administration management team is very inportant to improve the school level and achieve the personnel training goal in universities. At present, Some problems appear llke to pursue the high school record one - sidedly, place the partner in exchange of improper favors, lack effective inspection and traning mechanism and so on in the administration management team in many universities. We may use the human resources management theory such as the post work analysis, 360 degree achievements inspection means, the flow mechanism and the training mechanism and so on. These countermeasures can enhance the management quality and the service level of the university administration management team.
