摘要
本文通过借鉴企业研究领域中组织边界理论,将行业协会组织边界分为实体、行业和关系边界三类,并从价值网络的角度分析了三类组织边界形成机理,在此基础上进行行业协会组织能力模块化,构建行业协会组织能力的S-O-R模型。
By refered to the boundary theory in the field of enterprises, three kinds of the organization boundary of TA are classified, namely entity boundary, industry boundary and relation boundary, and the formation mechanisms of them are analyzed respectively from the viewpoint of value network. Then the modular process of the OC of TA is implemented, and the S - O - R OC of TA is constructed.
