摘要
新一代的7502B型ICP光量计系具有国际当代水平的智能化大型精密光谱分析仪器,有分析速度快、检出限低、灵敏度高,精密度好、基体干扰少、线性范围宽和多元素同时分析的优点。广泛用于冶金、地质、农业、环境保护、医药卫生、石油化工等科研及生产部门的自动化物质成分分析。7502B型ICP光量计是包括高频电子技术、精密光学机械、弱信号处理及计算机技术等多方面的综合性光学仪器,仪器的设计采用合理的系统结构和微型计算机自控系统来完成实验条件的选择,实验过程的控制,弱光信号通过光电转换,采用分段积分的办法对光信息进行统计平均处理。7502B具有动态扣除背景及N+1道的功能,提供数据库及图形支持功能,推出新一代的汉化光谱分析软件。其高精度可与国外同类仪器相媲美,使用灵活方便,独具中国特色。本文概要地介绍7502B型光量计的工作原理并就微机系统的设计及弱光信号的采集处理加以阐述。
The model 7502B quantometer used for rapid analysis of multielements has a lot of features, such as low detecting limit, high accuracy, small baseinterference, wide linear range and multielements analysis simultaneously. It was first with the chinese analysis software system in China and can be used conveniently. It is an advanced intelligent quantometer with international standard in 1980s. The principle of operation and the design of microcomputer-based control and data processing system for model 7502B quantometer were described briefly in this paper.
