摘要
呼吸道的水平衡对于呼吸功能的顺利实现具有重要意义。水通道蛋白(AQP)的发现扩展了人们对水平衡调节的认识。近年来,对呼吸道AQP的分子结构、调节、功能及其与呼吸系统疾病关系进行了一系列研究,这些可能为呼吸系统疾病的诊断及治疗开辟新的途径。
Water homeostasis of the respiratory tract is essential for the respiratory function. The discovery of the water channel aquaporins (AQPs) has greatly expanded the understanding of the water homeostasis's regulation. In recent years, a series of studies on AQPs" structure, regulation, function and relationship with respiratory diseases have been done, which may pave the new way for the diagnosis and therapies of the diseases.
