摘要
采用国标GB/T17671-1999水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法),对不同掺量的水性环氧树脂与水泥复合胶砂试件进行力学性能试验,研究结果表明,水性环氧树脂与水泥的复合具有较高的早期抗折、抗压强度,其韧性得到了较明显改善。掺量合适时,水性环氧树脂与水泥复合可以发挥各自的优势。但掺量超过40%时,水性环氧树脂与水泥复合性能较差。掺水性环氧树脂的水泥砂浆在咸潮区桥梁墩柱加固中得到应用,效果显著。
GB/T 17671-1999 inspection method of cement glue sand intension (ISO), mechanics proterty of glue sand sample compounded by different amounts of water-epoxy resin and cement was investigated.Research results show that composite of water-epoxy resin and cement had upper forepart compressive and flexural strength, as well as tenacity rather evident improved.When the amounts of water-epoxy resin were appropriate, the composite of water-epoxy resin and cement had best advantages respectively.However, the amounts exceeded 40%, the composite performance of water-epoxy resin and cement was worse.Cement mortar mixed water-epoxy resin had applied in bridgefrusta pole in salted tide section, and the effect was marked.
