水性环氧树脂与水泥复合的胶砂强度分析及其咸潮区桥梁墩柱加固应用 被引量:3

摘要 采用国标GB/T17671-1999水泥胶砂强度检验方法(ISO法),对不同掺量的水性环氧树脂与水泥复合胶砂试件进行力学性能试验,研究结果表明,水性环氧树脂与水泥的复合具有较高的早期抗折、抗压强度,其韧性得到了较明显改善。掺量合适时,水性环氧树脂与水泥复合可以发挥各自的优势。但掺量超过40%时,水性环氧树脂与水泥复合性能较差。掺水性环氧树脂的水泥砂浆在咸潮区桥梁墩柱加固中得到应用,效果显著。 GB/T 17671-1999 inspection method of cement glue sand intension (ISO), mechanics proterty of glue sand sample compounded by different amounts of water-epoxy resin and cement was investigated.Research results show that composite of water-epoxy resin and cement had upper forepart compressive and flexural strength, as well as tenacity rather evident improved.When the amounts of water-epoxy resin were appropriate, the composite of water-epoxy resin and cement had best advantages respectively.However, the amounts exceeded 40%, the composite performance of water-epoxy resin and cement was worse.Cement mortar mixed water-epoxy resin had applied in bridgefrusta pole in salted tide section, and the effect was marked.
