摘要 聚合物水泥混凝土复合式路面是一种新型的路面结构形式。通过室内试验,研究了聚合物水泥混凝土(PCC)的力学性能、收缩性能以及抗渗、耐磨等性能,并与普通水泥混凝土进行性价比对比,评价了复合式路面的经济性。研究结果表明,随着聚合物掺量的增加,PCC在抗折强度提高的同时刚度降低,断裂性能上升,耐疲劳与抗冲击等动力学性能均有明显改善,抗渗、耐磨、抗腐蚀等性能也有大幅度提高。理论计算表明,PCC复合式路面的寿命明显高于普通水泥路面。 Polymer Cement Concrete Composite Pavement (PCCCP) is a new pavement structure. The mechanical characters of PCC, such as drying shrinkage and anti-infiltration, abrasion resistance, is studied. The economic features of the PCCCP are analyzed by comparison with the normal cement concrete on the road performance and cost. The results show that: if the binder ratio of the polymer increase, the flexural strength and break energy of PCC would be enhanced , the rigidity reduce, the dynamics performances such as fatigue resistance and impact resistance also are remarkably improved, and the durabilities such as anti-infiltration, abrasion resistance, erosion resistance are improve obviously. It is known that the life of the PCCCP is much longer than the normal cement concrete pavement. 5 tabs, 8 figs, 10 refs.
