摘要
以小功率三相永磁同步电动机为控制对象,推导出交流伺服系统中功率驱动电路的设计原理与方法,详细介绍了主电路的拓扑结构和重要元器件的参数设计过程,同时为了便于实现永磁同步电机的闭环控制,为系统的主要信号设计了相应的检测电路,并在此基础上设计了完善的保护电路;此外,为了解决功率驱动电路中电源种类繁多的问题,提出了一种基于开关电源技术的系统电源解决方案;实际应用表明,据此开发的功率驱动电路性能稳定,功能完善,具有很高的可靠性。
This paper makes permanent magnet synchronous motors of small-power as objects, derives the design principle and approach of power circuit for AC servo systems. The topology structure and design process of important elements'parameters are introduced in detail. Meanwhile. to realize the close-loop control of PMSM, the relevant detection circuits are designed to collect main signals, on which the protection circuits are setup. Moreover, a power supply solution based on switch power technology is presented to settle for the variety of DC power supply in the system. The practical results show that the power circuits followed the above principle have stable performance. complete function and high reliability.
