摘要
目前,大学的人事管理水平、管理效率、管理理念、管理机制等方面都存在一定的问题,这些已成为严重制约大学发展的重要因素之一。香港中文大学的人事管理为我们提供了有益经验,他们在管理制度上职责明晰,程序透明,制度完善,管理与服务并举,以服务于学校的发展目标为宗旨,建立了有效的人事管理制度,成为大学可持续发展的重要保障,为内地大学人事管理提供了借鉴。
At presen t, university's personnel management has seen many problems in its managing art, managing efficiency, managing idea and managing mechanism, which has become one of the main causes that impedes the development of university. The Chinese University of Hang Kang's personnel management provides a good example for the managing mechanism. Chinese University of Hang Kang has set up an effective personnel management mechanism with clear responsibility, transparent procedure and perfect system with a combination of management and service. All these are prepared for the realization of the goal of the university. This kind of management mechanism has become an important guarantee of the university's sustainable development, which can be taken as reference for the management of universities in the mainland.
