摘要
三峡库区面临着移民、生态环境保护、扶贫与区域经济发展4大任务。经济的可持续发展是库区生态建设与社会可持续发展的基础,而经济发展又依赖区域内的产业发展。但库区是一个特殊的区域,其产业发展面临许多约束条件,特别是环境方面的约束。文章从发展目标、基础设施的恢复与重建、传统产业的改造与新型产业的发展、政策扶持等角度探讨环境约束下的三峡库区产业发展问题。
Reservoir region of the Three Gorges is faced with resettlement, environmental protection, poverty alleviation and region economic development universally. Sustainable economic development is the foundation of reservoir region ecological construction and social sustainable development, and economic development depends on in- dustry development. However, reservoir region is a special region, which industry development is confronted with many restriction conditions, especially environmental constrains. This article probes industry development of reservoir region of the Three Gorges which is subject to environment from development target, recovery and rebuilding of infrastructure, rebuilding of traditional industry, developing of late-model industry and policy support.
