摘要
介绍基于虚拟仪器的某自动测系统的功能和结构,详细论述该测试系统实现专用电路板故障定位的原理方法以及软硬件设计。实践证明,该测试系统能够较好的满足功能测试和故障定位的要求。
The function and the construction of an automatic test system based on virtual instruments is introduced.And the principle of the method of circuit board fault location used in the system and the hardware and software design are detailedly presented.h is proved that the test system can fulfil the functions of function test and fault location.
