摘要
介绍了某型声纳装备的电路板自动测试系统的结构和功能,给出了测试系统主控软件和测试子程序的设计与开发方法。主控软件采用模块化的设计思路,融合了作为自动测试系统所具备的各个功能模块;基于被测电路板的功能需要,编写不同的测试子程序,实现了对硬件的设置和对数据分析处理。
The architecture and function of the automatic testing system of circuit board in a sonar equipment is introduced.The design and development of master control software and subprogram is presented.The modularization design method is used to develop master control software,and it contains several function modules.Different test subprograms are designed based on different circuit board function,and they can configure the hardware,analyze and process the data.
