摘要
目的:建立鱼塘被灭螺剂氯硝柳胺污染的快速化学鉴别方法。方法:被污染水中氯硝柳胺经甲基异丁基酮提取、浓缩后,加NaOH水解,产物5-氯水杨酸和2-氯,4-硝基苯胺分别用FeCl3和偶氮色素法显色定性。结果:该法可在2 h内鉴别污染水体中的氯硝柳胺,检出110μg 50%可湿性氯硝柳胺乙醇铵盐。结论:该方法快速简单、定性准确、无需贵重仪器和特殊试剂,适宜于基层实验室应对突发性鱼塘氯硝柳胺污染的鉴别检测。
Objectlve:To build a fleetness chemistry distinguishing method that the fishpond was contaminated by spiral shell agent niclosamide. Methods: The water contaminated by niclosamide picking up by the Methyl Iso - butyl Ketone, concentrating, adds the NaOH hydrolysate, the outcome 5 - Chlorosalicylic acid and 2 - chloro - 4 - nitroaniline coloration determines the nature respectively with FeC13 and azo pigment. Results:The method may distinguish the niclosamide in water within 2 hours,and detect 110 ~g niclosamide ethanolamine Salt 50% WP. Conclusion : The method fleetness, determine the nature simplely, accurate, the unnecessarily valuable instrument and peculiar reagent, proper to the grass - roots unit laboratory answers be distinguished dash- ing forward sending out the nature fishpond niclosamide contaminating.
