摘要
本文叙述了采用反相高效液相色谱外标法,以甲醇-水-三乙胺作为流动相,用C18柱和紫外检测器(238nm),测定了50%氯硝柳胺乙醇胺盐可湿性粉剂的含量。结果表明:方法的标准偏差为0.065;变异系数为0.13%;平均回收率为99.68%。线性相关系数为0.9994。
A quantitative analytical method for the determination of Niclosamide ethanolamine Salt 50% WP by RP-HPLC was described, using methanol＋water＋triethylamine=90＋10＋0.1 （V/V/V） as mobile phase, using Kromasil C18 column and UV detector （238nm）. The results showed that the standard deviation, the coefficient of variation, the average recovery and the liner correlation of method were 0.065, 0.13%, 99.68%and 0.999 4 respectively.
