摘要
目的:高效液相色谱测定畜禽组织中己烯雌酚残留量。方法:样品经甲醇提取过滤,经中性氧化铝层析柱除杂,浓缩后再溶解,高效液相色谱二极管阵列检测,于238 nm测定其吸光度。结果:在优化的实验条件下,己烯雌酚的最低检出浓度(S/N=3)6.18×10-2μg/m l;线性相关系数(r)0.9997;变异系数<5%(n=9);标准回收率为85%,94.63%;RSD为0.70%,2.99%。结论:经实验证明,研究条件拟定的实验方案可以快速、灵敏、稳定、定量的检测畜、禽组织中己烯雌酚残留量。
Objective：To set up a RP - HPLC method for detecting vesidual medicine of diethylstilbestrol in livestock and poultry. Methods：Sample was extracted with methanol, the extract was then past mediun oxidealumilium column, concentrated, purified and dissolved with the methanol. The prepared sample was determined by HPLC with PAD detection. Results： Linearity of all the standard curves were kept in range of 6. 18 × 10^-2μg/ml,with arrange recovery of 85% to 94. 63% ,with RSD of 0. 70% to 2. 99%. Detection limits are 1.85 ×10^-2μg/kg for diethylstilbestrol. Conclusion：The method is sensitive and simple and meets the determinative requirement of vesidual medicine of diethylstilbestrol in livestock and poultry.
