摘要
目的:为了解我省市售部分食品中农药残留状况.方法:2004年在我省杭州、绍兴、宁波、温州、湖州、金华、台州、衢州市等地共采集大米、面粉、花生、水果、蔬菜、茶叶1310份食品进行有机磷、氨基甲酸酯、拟除虫菊酯农药残留监测.结果:食品中六六六、滴滴涕含量均低于国家标准限量,测定范围<0.001~0.086 mg/kg,以δ-666、p,p'-DDT检出最多.有机磷检出率为21.5%(208/967),检出有机磷15种,以乙拌磷、甲拌磷、乙酰甲胺磷、甲胺磷残留最高.其中蔬菜的检出率23.4%(192/821),超标率13.1%(108/823);水果的检出率15.7%(16/102),超标率12.7%(13/102).氨基甲酸酯的检出率2.9%(13/441),超标率2.0%(9/441),以检出呋喃丹为主;拟除虫菊酯的检出率7.8%(50/645),氯氰菊酯检出最多.结论:提示我省蔬菜、水果中农药残留依然严重,而农药的高检出率是本省农药中毒发生率高的主要原因.
Objective:To know the situation of pestuicide residues in some food in Zhejiang. Methods:A survey was performed in 2004. Pesticide residuces were detected in 1310 samples of rice, flour,peanut,vegetables,fruits and tea. Results:The content of HCH and DDT were less than national standard in 343 samples; and 15 kinds of orgetablnophosphorous pesticide residuces were detected in the vegetables and fruits. Disulfaton, phorate, methamidophos and acetylmethamidophos were higher than others. The positive rate of orgetablnophosphorous pesticide was 21.5% (208/967). The positive rate of carbamate was 2. 9% ( 13/441 ). The main of them was carbofuranwa. The positive rate of pyrethroid was 7. 8% (50/645). Cypermethrin was mostly detected. Conclu- sion :There is still higher pestuicide residues in vegetables. Food poisoning caused by pestuicide has a very good relationship with high positive rate in vegetables and fruits.
