摘要
用放射免疫技术对灌服槐白皮９５１大鼠的血管和肾组织内ＴＸＢ２、６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α的含量进行测定。结果表明，该药具有降低大鼠血管、肾组织内ＴＸＢ２及提高６－Ｋｅｔｏ－ＰＧＦ１α的作用。由此分析，槐白皮９５１对心血管和血液系统疾病的防治将大有作为。
The effect of Huaibaipi 951 on vascular and kidney contents of TXB 2 and 6-Keto-PGF 1α in rats was studied by RIA method. In contrast with normal control rats, the TXB 2 vascular and kidney tissue of Huaibaipi 951 administered rats was obviously increased (P<0.001), and the 6-Keto-PGF 1α was remarkably decreased (P<0.001). The results suggested that Huaibaipi 951 had a significance in curing or preventing cardiovascular diseases.
