摘要
本文观察了52例肾虚证病人及53例正常人血浆TxB_2、6-keto-PGF1α含量及其比值的变化。结果表明,肾虚证病人血浆TxB_2、6-keto-PGF1α水平明显低于正常对照组(P<0.001),而TxB_2/6-keto-PGF1α两者间无显著差异(P>0.05)。肾阴虚(32例)与肾阳虚(20例)间比较,血浆TxB_2和6-keto-PGF1α含量及其比值均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
The plasma levels of thromboxane B_2 (TxB_2)and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α (6-keto-PGF1α) in 52 patients with symptoms of kidney deficiency and 53 normal adults were determined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that the plasma levels of TxB_2 and 6-keto-PGF1α of patients were significantly lower than that of normal subjects(P<0.001), but the ratio of TxB_2 to 6-keto-PGF1α has no significant difference (P>0.05). No statistical difference was found between Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency of the kidney in patients . The study indicated that the plasma levels of TxB_2 and 6-keto-PGF1α in those patients with kidney deficiency can keep balance relatively at a low level, and Yin and Yang deficiency of the kidney may be relative.
