摘要
从数字化权、作品汇编的版权以及电子出版物的复制三方面分析了数字图书馆建设中涉及的电子出版物版权问题,并重点讨论了数字图书馆的合理使用问题,在分析的基础上从技术途径和法律途径提出了解决这些问题的一点建议。
Based on the property right of digitalization, works＇ compiling and the copy of electronic publication, the paper looks at the electronic publication＇ s copyright in the construction of digital library, especially how to put the library into good use. At last, it puts forward some suggestions on legal and technical approaches.
