摘要
采用自行设计的非侵入性前臂外固定支架，与小夹板合用治疗尺桡骨双骨折24例，经3～22个月随访观察，按国家中医药管理局1994年6月28日发布的中医病证诊断疗效标准许定，治愈19例，好转5例．认为本法扩大了小夹板适应症，具有固定稳妥、不需手术、骨折愈合快、操作方便、痛苦小等特点，是一村较好的非手术疗法。
Twenty-four cases of both, radial and ulnar fractures were treated by self-designed non-invasive forearm external fixator-brace in combination with splints. The follow-up of the patients were performed for 3-22 months. According to the Criteria for Therapeutic Effects laid down by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, 19 cases were cured, and 5 improved.This method enlarges the indications of splints, has some advantages, such as rigid fixation, avoidance of surgeryl rapid fracture healing, convenient operation, little sufferings, and so on, and may be regarded as one of the rational non-operative therapies.
