摘要
目的:研究桡骨远端不稳定骨折复位及防止再移位的新术式。方法:采用掌骨持续牵引治疗12例不稳定桡骨远端骨折。结果:由于克服了前臂肌肉的作用,治疗效果满意。结论:该法简单、安全,且有效地防止了骨折再移位。
Objective: To introduce a method to prevent re-dislocation after reduction of unstable fracture of the distal radius. Methods: Twelve patients of unstable fracture of the distal radius were treated by continuous metacarpal traction to avoid post-reduction displacement in traditional fixation with plaster or splint. Results: The result was good because the traction overcame successfully the action of forearm muscles that might cause fracture displacement again. Conclusions: This method is simple, safe, and can prevent re-dislocation effectively.
