摘要
本文给出了一种实用的高灵敏度激光偏振转向器件,入射角在相当大的范围内与输出偏离角保持线性关系,偏振前后,光束偏振状态不变.文中叙述了器件的设计原理和装调方法.
An applicable polarization laser deflector with high sensitivity and Linearity is dis-cussed in principles of designing and setting.The angle of incident is related to that ofemergent light linearly in a larger extent and, the state of polarization is unchangedthrough the device.
