摘要
对先进国家制造的手术器械锻造毛坯进行了金相分析。结合收集的国外材料化学成分和热处理工艺,与国内传统工艺锻造的毛坯进行了对照。结果表明,先进国家手术器械用马氏体不锈钢在预先热处理方面不同于国内,毛坯先经锻造余热空冷淬火,再长时间高温回火,使锻造毛坯获得回火索氏体这一淬火准备组织,最终使产品在硬度、刚性、塑性、韧性和耐腐蚀能力方面更佳。新工艺值得国内制造业借鉴。
Forging ingot of surgical instruments made in advanced country was studied by means of metallography, and was compared with one made in home in aspect of chemical composition and heat treatment process. The results show that pre-heat treatment process of martensite stainless steel for surgical instrument in advanced country is different from it of china, forging ingot was quenched at residual forging temperature and treated by high-temperature tempering within longer time before final quenching, pre-heat treatment microstructure of forging ingot was sorbite, product is finally better in strength, hardness,rigidity,plasticity, toughness and surface corrosion resistance. The new pre-heat treatment process is that we can make use of.
