研究了H13钢的预先热处理工艺和离子渗氮工艺。结果表明 ,H13适宜的预先热处理为 10 6 0℃淬火 +5 80℃回火 ,在5 5 0℃离子渗氮 10h ,表面硬度达 92 0HV0 1,渗氮层深 0
The pre-heat treatment and ion nitriding of H13 steel was studied.The results showed that the appropriate heat treatment for H13 steel is quenching at 1060℃ and tempering at 580℃.The case depth of the sample ion nitrided at 550℃ for 10h is 0.41mm
