摘要
提出用Poincare映射法结合一定的技巧计算多圆盘转子-滑动轴承系统的概周期解.通过实例数值计算,分析了大型发电机轴系在转子不平衡外激励和滑动轴承自激励联合作用下的概周期运动特性.结果发现,发生概周期性振动时,不仅可能使通频振幅较转子无不平衡时自激振动振幅大。
The almost periodic solution of multi disc rotor system supported by sliding bearings can be successfully calculated by the method of Poincare mapping with some appropriate technique proposed by the author. The characteristics of the almost periodic motion of rotor system of large generator are analyzed by practical calculationunder independent exitation of rotor unbalance and self excitation of sliding bearing. It is discovered that, when the almost periodic vibration takes place, the holo frequency amplitude is not only bigger than amplitude of self excited vibration, and the low frequency amplitude increases greatly.
