不同分子量聚丙撑碳酸酯的封端及热分解 被引量:7

End-capping and Thermal Degradation of Poly(propylene carbonate) with Different Molecular Weight

摘要 采用不同封端剂对聚丙撑碳酸酯(PPC)进行了封端,并研究了封端前后PPC的热降解动力学。结果表明封端极大地提高了PPC的热降解温度,未封端PPC同时按多种机制进行热降解,而封端PPC在整个降解过程中只按无规断链机制降解。不同分子量的PPC的热重结果表明未封端PPC的起始降解温度随着分子量的提高而提高,而封端PPC的热降解温度与分子量的关系不大。 Various active agents were used for the end-capping of poly(propylene carbonate)(PPC),and the kinetic of thermal degradation of uncapped and end-capped PPC were investigated.The results showed that end-capping increases the thermal degradation temperature of PPC greatly,and different mechanisms operate simultaneously during the whole process for uncapped PPC,while for PPC end-capped with different active agents,random chain scission dominated the whole degradation process.Thermogravimetric results of PPC with different molecular weight showed that for uncapped PPC the initial degradation temperature increased with the molecular weight,while the degradation temperature doesn't relate to molecular weight for end-capped PPC.
