摘要
该文从高等职业教育人才培养目标出发，分析了校企合作共建实训基地的几种模式及其特点，总结了该院“天马高科技医疗仪器实训基地”的建设思路和实践经验，提出了高职院校在与企业合作共建实训基地时应当注意的几个问题。
Beginning with the talents＇ training target of higher vocational education, discussing several cooperation patterns between school and enterprise of building training bases. Summarizing the construction mentality and practice experience of Tianma Hightech Medicine Instrument Training Base in our college. It puts forward the problems that should be noticed durin~ the construction of trainin~ base.
